Ring Sarasota joins the global #GivingTuesday movement on December 3rd.
Every year on #GivingTuesday millions of people across the globe mobilize to show up, give back, and change their communities with a worldwide wave of generosity that lasts long after midnight.
Ring Sarasota is participating this year with an online fundraiser on the social media site, Facebook.com. The social network is again matching eligible donations on the site starting at 8 am EST and donations are matched dollar for dollar, up to $100,000 per organization. Donations can also be made on our website at any time or by sending a check to Ring Sarasota, Inc., PO Box 21153, Sarasota, FL 34276
The generous support of our friends and sponsors help Ring Sarasota continue to share the art of English Handbells with our community through our annual concert series as well as special performances, like our upcoming Christmas concert collaboration, “Bells and Brass.” Now in its 10th season, Ring Sarasota is excited to put donations from #GivingTuesday towards investing in new equipment, which includes a set of low bass chimes.
